The criteria for the issue of Mounjaro is as follow, BMI over 40, hypertension, cardio vascular disease, sleep apnoea and hyperlidemia. You must have 4 out of the 5 conditions and BMI is most important. Out of 4000 patients at Harbour only 5 patients are eligible and we will notify those patients. If you do not fit this criteria and you are not notified then please do not contact the practice to to ask as this will waste practice time. If you are eligible then you will need to attend a health and nutrition programme at the same time. Not attending the appointments will result in your prescription being cancelled.
