We have seen a rise in patients who are using our service on a very frequent basis and contact and call for things very regularly. Our job is to care for our unwell patients and we do this based on clinical need. We have 4000 patients and every one is equally important. Please be reminded to only contact us if you have a clinical need. If you feel that you are using our service more often then you need then please think of those who need us and think if you can use another service instead? Can you contact the pharmacy? Do you need to call us and if so can it wait until we are less busy in the late afternoon. We really would appreciate your help so we can support those who really need us.
